FEI Guarantee.

The InvestEU Program, successor to the EaSI program (Social Impact Line), arises from a partnership between the European Union, the EIB, and the EIF, through Regulation 2021/523.

 

The Social Entrepreneurship component aims to promote sustainable employment and social inclusion, supporting entrepreneurship and job creation, particularly for people in vulnerable situations.

 

This guarantee aims to strengthen this developing market and increase financing options for social enterprises.

Beneficiaries
This line is intended for all Social Economy Entities (SEE) that are Private Social Solidarity Institutions (IPSS).

Minimum: 3 months

Grace Period/Utilization
Depending on the nature of the investment, utilization and capital grace periods can be established on a case-by-case basis.
Capital Amortization
Constant amortizations with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual frequency.
Maximum Spread
According to Banco Montepio's risk rating and the operation's maturity.
Fees
Fees applied according to the modality.
Guarantees
Capital guarantee provided by the EIF, covering 80%.
