Maria Lúcia Bica.

Graduated in Economics from the Instituto Superior de Economia da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa and a full member of the Order of Economists.

From March 2017 to the present, she has served as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Residências Montepio, Serviços de Saúde, S.A. She was a director of the Corporate Center of Montepio Geral Associação Mutualista between 2016 and 2021 and was a member of the Board of Directors of Nova Câmbios where she performed non-executive functions between 2019 and 2021. She was a full member of the General Council of Montepio Geral from 2007 to 2009 and held managerial and technical positions in the various planning and control directions of Caixa Económica Montepio Geral, Banco Montepio, from 1990 to March 2016.
