Isabel Silva.

Graduated in Business Management from the Universidade do Minho and post-graduated in Social Economy - Cooperativism, Mutualism and Solidarity by the Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra.

She began her career in 1994 at Banco Montepio, where she held various positions in the retail banking management structure, covering various areas, with a special focus on the SME segment. She served as a Non-Executive Director at Norgarante (2020 to 2022) and led the commercial structure of retail and corporate banking of Banco Montepio in the northern region of the country.
